I can help YOU in three ways.

1. I use Cognitive Behaviour Therapy combined with EMDR to help you recover from trauma, and conditioned thoughts that are not serving you any longer.

2. Secondly, I use meditation and mindfulness-based techniques to help you stay in the present moment, and be more focused in the NOW.

 

3. Thirdly, I will be your safe healing haven. I have over 18 years of experience as a coach helping a diverse population and I am culturally trained to help you feel confident and embrace happiness in life. I know it's never an easy journey and you do not have to struggle alone. 

What is EMDR?

(EMDR) Stands for- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing.

 

It is a unique mental health treatment technique. This method involves moving your eyes a specific way while you process traumatic memories. EMDR’s goal is to help you heal from trauma or other distressing life experiences. Compared to other therapy methods, EMDR is highly effective for curing trauma, depression, anxiety, PTSD and Complex PTSD.
